Position Summary

The jobholder will collect, organize, interpret, and report statistical information using data analysis tools to make it useful for executives and middle management to make decisions by identifying various facts and trends, leveraging data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Their work is aimed towards assuring data integrity, improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and driving profits for the business. This person will collaborate with IT staff, middle management, and finance department to extract data figures, create reports and analysis based on their findings, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives’ success.


  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, economics, business administration, or statistics.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A minimum two years’ relevant professional experience in data management / databases.
  • A minimum two years’ experience in developing data analysis plans.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using quantitative data.
  • Experience designing quantitative surveys and/or qualitative interview guides.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience in statistical programming languages or software and Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
