CBH invites qualified Construction Contractors to participate in the above ITB for the Excavation and Skeleton and Construction Works Including Stone Works of four floors building with an overall area of around 2540 square meters that will serve as a Pediatric Day Surgery Unit and will be connected to the exiting main hospital building at Caritas Baby Hospital premises in Bethlehem.
General Terms and Conditions
- Participating bidders shall be registered at the Palestinian Contractors’ Union and shall be holding a valid certificate of Reduction at the Source.
- This project is subject to VAT Exemption and the winning bidder will have to provide ZERO VAT invoices.
- Participating bidders have to submit Credential Classification and Financial Solvency issued by their official bank together with the submitted offer.
- Minimum classification of participating bidders shall be Grade 2 in Construction. Certificate of Classification shall be presented upon the purchase of the Tender Documents.
- CBH is not obliged to select the lowest bid price.
- Bids will be opened in closed session.
- Interested bidders can get the tender documents at the procurement office / administration building – Mrs. Faten Sleibi from 3 June until 8 June 2024, Monday till Saturday from 9:00 am till 1:30 pm against payment of nonrefundable fee of USD 300.
- Submitted offers shall be valid for 90 days from the date of the submittal deadline.
- A bid bond in the form of bank guarantee or certified bank check in the amount of 30‘000 USD shall be submitted with the offer. The validity of the bid bond shall be 120 days from the date of the submittal deadline.
- First site visit for all bidders will be on 15/6/2024 at 11:00. Further site visits and meetings will be communicated during the site visit.
- Tender bids shall be submitted in a closed envelope at the Administration Building/ Reception office – Mr. Ala’ Abu Farha. Deadline for submittal is 24/6/2024 at 12:00 noon. Late bids will not be accepted.
