The Outpatient Department at Caritas Baby Hospital runs a Daycare Unit for patients with uncomplicated diagnosis and a clear plan for treatment. The Unit has the capacity to receive four patients at a time who are admitted for up to six hours to receive the necessary medications or infusions.
Airborne diseases such as chickenpox and measles are not admitted to the Daycare Unit.
