Position Overview

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our pediatric hospital team. The role requires active participation in patient care and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff to ensure the highest standards of medical service.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Participate in admissions, discharges, daily ward rounds, and outpatient consultations.
• Medical Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
• Clinical Support: Assist senior physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, staff, patients, and families.
• Technology Use: Apply basic computer skills for clinical documentation and hospital systems.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning, training sessions, and case discussions.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in Human Medicine.
• Passed Palestinian Medical Council Classification Exam (تصنيفي).
• Valid license to practice medicine.
• Excellent command of English written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and eagerness to learn.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical standards.
• Flexibility to manage varying patient loads and schedules.
• Active involvement in workshops, seminars, and hospital training programs.
• Residency: It is preferred that applicants be residents of Bethlehem.
