Caritas Baby Hospital is a major employer in the Bethlehem area, with 250 registered employees: the majority reside in the Bethlehem governorate and nearly 70% are women.
On an operational level, CBH is managed by a local Executive Committee (EC). The CEO, Medical Director, Nursing Director, Director of Finance and Director of Support Services are Palestinian.
To closely respond to local needs, the Executive Committee is supported by a local Hospital Advisory Council (HAC) whose mandate is to serve as a vital link between the hospital and the local community.
